In the light of the recent stabilization on the Palestinian lands, we are opening our hotel to express a hope that peace may reign again over the Holly Land where many neighboring people are destined to live under
One Loving God.
Built in the year 2000 in Bethlehem, the RESIDENCE is designed to provide comfortable and secure accommodation for various clients:
- 62 double, cozy air-conditioned rooms
- 8 Junior suites for elite clients with Jacuzzis
- Presidential suite with private elevator, business meeting room, Jacuzzi and high-class extras
The capacities of the RESIDENCE are apt to welcome:
- Up to 180 people as temporary or permanent residents who may benefit from Private Parking
- 150 people in the spacious lobby at the Reception
- Up to 180 people in the restaurant to enjoy Arabic, Russian and French cuisine
- Up to 40 people to enjoy the underground bar and reception bar
To diversify the life at the RESIDENCE, the recreation facilities have been foreseen:
- All seasons built-in swimming pool with ping-pong table and direct access to the rooms
- 2 woodworked saunas with washbasins to steam up good health and open bronzing area
- Observation spot with a splendid panoramic view of Mount Herodium, Nativity Church, Jordan Mountains, suburban areas of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Up to 200 persons may enjoy the summer restaurant & coffee shop on the roof.

В свете наметившейся стабильности и дальнейшего урегулирования ситуации в Палестине, Русская Православная Церковь открывает Вифлеемскую Паломническую РЕЗИДЕНЦИЮ, выражая надежду на возможность дальнейшего мирного сосуществования народов Святой Земли под Одним Любящим Богом.
Построена в 2000 году, по благословению Святейшего Патриарха Московского и Всея Руси Алексия-II, РЕЗИДЕНЦИЯ предоставляет для удобного и безопасного проживания вблизи великой христианской святыни:
- 62 стандартных номера для размещения от 1-го до 3-х человек.
- 8 люксов для проживания особо важных персон.
- Президентский люкс с джакузи, лифтом и рабочим кабинетом.
Вместимость РЕЗИДЕНЦИИ рассчитана на приём:
- 140 человек для проживания в номерах и люксах, с предоставлением стоянки для авто
- 150 человек для встреч и приёмов в просторном вестибюле с баром.
- 180 человек в ресторане, где соблюдаются постные дни.
- 40 человек в баре.
Чтобы разнообразить проживание в РЕЗИДЕНЦИИ были также предусмотрены:
- крытый бассейн с подогревом воды и с наличием спорт инвентаря.
- две сауны с купелями холодной воды.
- место обозрения и отдыха с великолепным видом на:
Храм Рождества, Поле Пастушков, гору Иродион, пригороды Иерусалима и на Иорданские горы.
